Casa S.C., immersed in the Tuscan countryside, is an example of interior design for a villa in Tuscany developed from a comprehensive architectural vision. From the study of volumes to the functional layout of the interiors, every choice aims to create harmony between the built space and the surrounding landscape.

The project was managed by Seed in every phase, from architectural design to the selection of materials, colours and furnishings. A home conceived as a unified narrative, guided by the same design intention: shaping an essential, warm and welcoming place.

Materials, light and proportions: a quiet harmony

The strength of the project lies in its quiet coherence. The materials, from the porcelain stoneware staircase connecting the two floors to the resin finishes in the bathrooms, define a calm and measured atmosphere. Light, carefully studied, accompanies each moment of the day, revealing textures and creating ever-changing visual depth.

The interior design for villa followed a tailored approach: custom furnishings fit precisely into the spaces — in the kitchen, the dining area and all other rooms — without excess. What speaks here are the proportions, the dialogue between full and empty volumes, the construction details.

A pool as a natural extension of living

Outdoors, the pool integrates into the project as an architectural element rather than a decorative one. No embellishments, no protagonism, just a discreet presence, consistent with the home’s essential language. An addition conceived not to impress, but to expand the possibilities of everyday living.
