In the heart of the city, Casa U.P. tells a new story of outdoor living: a terrace transformed into a space to inhabit every day, with the same care dedicated to interiors.
Seed Homecoming approached this project as a true extension of the home, curating its functionality, aesthetics, and harmony with the urban surroundings.

The project included the selection of outdoor furnishings and the creation of custom-made elements, designed to blend with historic architecture and lush greenery, with colours and light that shift throughout the day.

A tailor-made intervention for a new sense of living balance.

In Montecatini Terme, Casa D.V. is a renovation project that brought new life to a home through meticulous attention to detail and cohesive design.
Seed Homecoming oversaw the entire transformation process, with the goal of creating harmonious, functional, and welcoming spaces.

The intervention focused primarily on the selection and supply of surface materials and the definition of furnishings — a project that, while leaving the structure untouched, completely transformed the perception of the spaces.

The house has returned to breathing: matte finishes, natural materials, and carefully chosen palettes restored balance and serenity to the spaces — maintaining a coherent dialogue with both the natural light from outside and the atmosphere within.

A project shaped by architecture and interior design

Casa M.B. is the result of a full renovation carried out in Montecatini Terme, in collaboration with Architect Alberto Natali.
Seed Homecoming supported the client in the design and coordination of the interior, carefully following all phases — from concept definition to custom furnishings.

The project involved every room in the home, transforming it into a contemporary, functional, and welcoming residence, where light and natural materials define the overall atmosphere.

The relationship between architecture and interior design was central: not a simple complement, but a continuous dialogue between form and function, material and proportion.

Where interior design completes the architecture

Casa M.S. is located in Montale, in the province of Pistoia — a newly built residence where the essential nature of the architecture meets the warm elegance of tailor-made interiors.

A contemporary home that, despite its modernity, does not forgo a sense of warmth, balance, and elegance.

The project was born from the collaboration between Seed Homecoming and architect Alberto Natali — a joint effort in which architectural and interior visions were interwoven from the very beginning, giving shape to an integrated and seamless design process.

The Seed team handled the development and coordination of the interior design project, overseeing each phase with precision and sensitivity.
The intervention included the selection and supply of surface materials — chosen not only for their quality and aesthetic appeal, but also for their coherence with the architectural lines of the building.
Matte surfaces, neutral tones, and the tactile nature of the finishes all contributed to creating a refined atmosphere.

Casa L.R., located in Prato, is the perfect example of how an interior design intervention can elevate an already architecturally defined space, giving it a new identity — measured, luminous, and elegant.
Seed Homecoming was entrusted with supplying carefully selected furnishings and accessories, and with designing every detail to measure, helping to shape spaces that are sophisticated, functional, and harmonious.

The heart of the project is an elegant living area where glossy marble flooring, warm-toned walls, and clean-lined custom furnishings define the space.
A large dark glossy table, light fabric chairs, a sculptural chandelier, and a decorative mirror create the dining room — a continuous dialogue of materials, light, and proportion.
