Renovation and interior furnishing in Tuscany

Scope of work:

  • Non-structural renovation to redefine the aesthetics and spatial perception
  • Selection and supply of natural, matte materials in neutral tones
  • Definition of simple, functional, and stylistically coherent furnishings
  • Combinations of surfaces and flooring to create a calming atmosphere
  • Complete consulting: from material selection to final setup

A tailor-made intervention for a new sense of living balance.

In Montecatini Terme, Casa D.V. is a renovation project that brought new life to a home through meticulous attention to detail and cohesive design.
Seed Homecoming oversaw the entire transformation process, with the goal of creating harmonious, functional, and welcoming spaces.

The intervention focused primarily on the selection and supply of surface materials and the definition of furnishings — a project that, while leaving the structure untouched, completely transformed the perception of the spaces.

The house has returned to breathing: matte finishes, natural materials, and carefully chosen palettes restored balance and serenity to the spaces — maintaining a coherent dialogue with both the natural light from outside and the atmosphere within.

Materials and furnishings: the strength of simplicity

The selected materials were chosen for their harmony with the home’s style: wood, stone-effect ceramics, and a palette of neutral tones.

The flooring and wall finishes, paired with understated elegance, help create a relaxing and balanced environment, free of excess.

The furniture supply was guided by the goal of maintaining a consistent visual language: clean lines, simple volumes, and furnishings designed to be both functional and expressive of a clear aesthetic identity.

From the living area to the more private rooms, all spaces were designed to support daily life, maintaining a constant dialogue with the outdoors through large French windows. Comfort and long-term durability were key throughout the entire project.

A renovation that enhances the essential

Casa D.V. shows how a non-structural renovation can have a profound impact on the quality of living.
The project elevated what already existed, redefining it with sensitivity and coherence.

Seed Homecoming guided the client through every stage — from aesthetic consulting to material selection, all the way to furnishing and final setup.
The result is a home that expresses balance, simplicity, and warmth, perfectly integrated into the architectural and cultural fabric of Montecatini Terme.
